Online Refund Policy
Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds simply because you change your mind or make a wrong decision.
You can choose between a refund or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described, or are not fit for purpose. Please retain you tax invoice for proof of purchase.
Your complete satisfaction is our primary concern. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please first contact email@example.com and advise us of the difficulty or issues with the products. Our Customer Service Team will assist you and should a return be necessary, arrangements will be made. Items may be returned for a refund or credit. Refunds will be issued in the same method as the order was paid. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
When you receive your items, please check the tax invoice against your copy of the order (note reference number) to assure that there are no discrepancies between items ordered and those received.
Products to be returned must be in their original packaging and unopened. Please keep all tax invoices in case of returns. Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from countryvet.com.au.
contact Country Vet at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of intention of return. Under no circumstances are items to be returned without this approval. Goods should be returned with a copy of the tax invoice.
If a product that you order is not available at the time of purchase or there are delays in the supply of goods, you will be notified by email to the address that you have given at time of signup.

Country Vet will match any competitors price that has been advertised to the general public via an Australian website (.com.au).
Country Vet reserves the right to decline to sell a product at less than the manufacturers' or suppliers' invoice price for that product for the period of the promotion.
